Susan Atkins[edit]

I reverted your edit for several reasons. One is that you didn't say she died 14 months after she was diagnosed, as you stated in the post to my talk page. It isn't even clear when she was, in fact, diagnosed. She died 14 months after a parole hearing that took place in July 2008, she already had lost a leg, although it is never really said why that happened with brain cancer. Another is that it's really unclear what the small segment you wrote, "Still, Atkins died 14 months later", means in the context - it leaves something hanging and it completely unclear what that is. Another is that noting the 14 months is redundant - anyone can look at the date of the hearing, July 2008, and see that she died in September 2009. So, what's the point of bringing up the obvious. Finally, it just wasn't a very encyclopedic aside in the article. Wildhartlivie (talk) 00:18, 28 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
