Hi,

I’m new to this and still figuring it out. Any advice on how to best update a page? It is difficult that it edits immediately and therefore you can’t really take notes/start and stop like you would when writing most things. Any advice would be great. Like I said, at Teahouse, copy sections you want to work on to your sandbox, make the changes there, that paste back into the article. But be careful not to delete citations that are at full length in the section, but only the being-repeated version elsewhere in the article. I deleted the Research section. Wikipedia is a trailing indicator of advances in medical science. See WP:MEDRS. This means not writing and referencing content based on in vitro, animal or even individual clinical trials. Rather, use only citations that are secondary sources: reviews, systematic reviews or meta-analyses published in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
