Talk page indenting[edit]

One minor thing I thought I'd let you know as a new user. When responding to an ongoing thread on a talk page, one thing that can help everything stay organized is if people indent their replies. We do this with colons (:) at the beginning of the line. So, all you have to do is, if you are replying to someone above you, add one more colon to the start of your line than that other person used. Eventually, someone will likely decide that the denting has gone on too far and outdent it.

In any event, thank you for your hard thinking about Digital divide. That article is clearly one that a lot of students doing university projects get directed to; with the result that there is a great collection of interesting info, but with the problem that it's not well integrated, and often has the wrong tone for a WP article. Email[edit]

I got your email--I'm glad I could be of help, and I'm even more glad that you're going to keep editing Wikipedia after your mandatory project is done! You're definitely asking all the right questions on Talk:Digital divide. If you ever have general WP questions, you're always welcome to ask me on my talk page at any time! Help us improve the Wikipedia Education Program[edit]

Hi Achresto! As a student editor on Wikipedia, you have a lot of valuable experience about what it's like to edit as a part of a classroom assignment. In order to help other students like you enjoy editing while contributing positively to Wikipedia, it's extremely helpful to hear from real student editors about their challenges, successes, and support needs. Please take a few minutes to answer these questions by clicking below. (Note that the responses are posted to a public wiki page.) Thanks!
