City of Character[edit]

Thanks for your help. I left some notes: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:City_of_Character#Criticism that perhaps you can consider and give some thoughts on how gothard should or should not be tied to the article. Reboot (talk) 18:37, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Reboot, thanks for the notes and the obvious research you put into them. I have posted a reply on the discussion page. AdamsEdits (talk) 21:53, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks and thanks for your help in balancing it. I have a few responses and also take a look at how I worked Hill and Gothard into the introduction to the article. I've watched all of the online videos posted by one of the members of CF/IACC (the IACC one is posted along with the rest), but it is mostly testimonial aside from the few facts I noted in the discussion page (that I plan to distill a bit more later when it sinks in).. I'd really like to add more to the program description (what is done, how it is implemented, who implements it, what benefits have been observed, drawbacks actually observed rather than hypothesized), but it is difficult w/o the specific materials. Right now my bias is still sticking out with a weighted "reasons a libertarianesque person might be a bit allergic to this stuff". The things should be mentioned (like the marriage license thing)...along with more stuff for balance... The video summaries will help I think once I finish distilling them and working them in, but I think if I were to actually buy the materials just to write a wikipedia article (as is my inclination) on them that my wife might medicate me for obsessive compulsive disorder :-) Reboot (talk) 13:23, 4 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
