- This was because I found no indication that "Bill" of the Bill's List web site has any editorial oversight or expertise, as opposed to news organizations where this is generally the case. Bill's List appears to be a self-published source. I think the statehood article would be better without using Bill's List as one of its sources is all. - It was a reference to a prior edit summary that seemed to claim mention of Hogan was 'speculation'. There is simply no need to mention an outgoing non-candidate governor in the election's short description; it's more detail than is needed. —ADavidB 18:35, 30 January 2021 (UTC)
- I'm not too sure I follow. The previous edit that removed reference to Gov. Hogan said
Not true. Hogan might not be governor anymore then. the election is for governor. Hogan happens to be the governor now
and the subsequent edit called that reasoningUnnecessarily speculative; see WP:CRYSTAL. It is assumed that Hogan will be governor at that point

- I added "according to one journalist" to the article. The only source at that time, which another editor provided, clearly attributes the statement of their being no evidence to a single reporter (emphasis mine):
- "...journalist Jared Holt reported. The event featured Mr Lindell and other speakers breathlessly repeating the same claims that have been made since January, and providing the same amount of evidence - none - to back up their claims, he said."

Issue on The Ready Room page that I am requesting help with
Hi, I ran into an issue while editing The Ready Room page and saw that your name came up a lot in the edit history, so I assumed you were an experienced editor and someone with prior knowledge to this show. I added the first section to the Ready Room talk page to ask for help, but people rarely check those. So I thought I'd ask you personally here. The problem is: The Ready Room has aired its first crossover episode and I'm not sure where to put it and how to not mess up the overall episode counter in the process. Should the crossover episode be listed under Star Trek: Prodigy Season 1 or Star Trek: Discovery Season 4? I think we should add the episode under both and then set the overall episode counter to count both as episode #44. But I don't know how to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. - I have concerns about the unsourced details of Somerville's family members. I didn't find the info in the Byrne source. Is all of it on pages 42–44 of the Paul source? One of the lifespans extends beyond the source date. If not already familiar with B criteria, this FAQ may also help. (I'm no expert at article rating, but using the Rater tool to help reduce a backlog of articles needing assessment.) —ADavidB 18:35, 2 December 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks for elaborating. Everything apart from the one date of death that you noted is recorded in the Paul source. I've located some new sources with which I've added one more date and provided a citation for the existing uncited date, which leaves only one date of death unaccounted for. George Washington Christian.
You need to read his granddaughters letters concerning this issue...the one who lived with him for many years. I watched Christian Pinto's Founding Fathers movie/documentary and got the idea he refused communion because he was a deist. Is it possible that he refused because he had trouble forgiving himself for things that may have happened in war. His granddaughter asserts that he was a Christian and I don't think it was just because she wanted him shown in a good light. Paid Obituaries fail WP:RS
Your addition to bill workman was exactly that from legacy.com. The consensus is paid obituaries are not reliable. Key word paid- A newspaper article on the death of someone is a RS....William, is the complaint department really on the roof? 19:12, 3 February 2022 (UTC)

- Fine. Paid obituaries can be used to a very limited extent. Like where somebody is from, and in some cases what their full name was. As long as it isn't controversial. Their accomplishments, awards they received, if they served in the military, college degrees, no.
