Mechanism of anoxic depolarization in the brain[edit]

Hi Adawale3!

I had a quick look at Mechanism of anoxic depolarization in the brain. I understand this is an assignment. You might want to paste the {{course assignment}} template into the talk page of the article to make this clear. At the moment, it is quite technical, with long paragraphs and a very long lead section.

Some hints to improve it: please keep the target audience in mind. Consider breaking up long paragraphs, and most of all, rewrite the lead section. You really should start by explaining what anoxic depolarization is and how it is connected to Stroke or Brain ischemia. Extend relevant pages with links to this page - a search for anoxic depolarization does not show many hits, making this page an orphan. Explain and wikify acronyms and terminology when they first occur (for example ATP).

Since it is your assignment, I refrained from editing. Best of luck, the topic is interesting and with some copy editing it will fit right into wikipedia. Thanks for writing it! -- (talk) 03:01, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Lemnaminor,

Thanks for the reading my article and observing those things I need to do make my article better. I will certainly make all the necessary adjust. I want to say that my article is opened for correction. You can edit it. I have no problem whatsoever. Thanks again for you help in making this article fit right into wikipedia. Adewale3 (talk) 21:45, 7 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Great work on the rewrite, Adewale3. I hope you stay on wikipedia and keep editing! One thing you might want to do is to remove the templates on top of your talk page (this one): those are supposed to be on the talk page of the article itself, not on your own. -- (talk) 17:11, 9 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for helping in looking up my article, I felt much more better for making those corrections. I will surely continue to edit. THANKS Adewale3 (talk) 23:48, 10 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for December 8[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Thanks DPL, I will remove the links now. Adewale3 (talk) 09:02, 8 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Adewale3, DPL bot is a bot, a program that searches wikipedia for links to disambiguation pages. If it finds pages with lots of these, it places a warning on the page itself and a message like the one above on the talk page of the user who introduced the links. You should not remove the links themselves, but rather point them to the correct page. An easy way to do that is the dabsolver: just type the name of the article, the program will automatically suggest appropriate links. -- (talk) 17:07, 9 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks DPL, I never knew about that. I will try and do as you have suggested Adewale3 (talk) 21:36, 9 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
