Fair-use image[edit]

Olá! Você pode usar esta página como ponto de partida. E você pode também dar uma olhada nesta outra página para saber mais sobre o critério de imagens não-gratuitas. Veja também esta página. Se a imagem que você quer carregar preenche os requisitos corretos, você tem que clicar no botão "upload file" (localizado no lado esquerdo da tela), e seguir as instruções. Em resumo, uma imagem não-gratuita isomente pode ser carregada quando não há um equivalente gratuito, você precisa adicionar uma tag de copyright, a fonte da imagem, o nome e o wikilink de cada artigo em que você está argumentando que está usando o fair use (por exemplo: se a imagem está sendo usada em três artigos, tem que ter um fair use na página da imagem para cada um dos artigos). Hi! You can use this page as a starting point. And you can also check this other page for the non-free images criteria. Also check this page. If the non-free image you want to upload meet the right requirements, you need to click on the "upload file" button (located in the left of the screen), and follow the instructions. In short, a non-free image can only be uploaded when no free equivalent is available, you need to add a copyright tag, the source of the image, the name and a wikilink of each article in which fair use is claimed for the item. Os dados do PNUD são do Distrito Federal (que, além de Brasília, inclui as cidades-satélites - como Gama, Taguatinga, Sobradinho, Samambaia, etc). O Distrito Federal tem seu próprio artigo - vide Brazilian Federal District. De de acordo com o Governo do Distrito Federal, o IDH de Brasília é 0.936 ([1]).
