About the photo[edit]
If its a picture of yourself and you are planning only to use it on your userpage, I think you need to read this: Wikipedia:Image use policy. However, since your question is specific you will more likely just need to read point 3 in it. In any case, there is another place that you can ask this questions and experts there might know more then I do: Wikipedia talk:Copyrights.
