Deletion pending for File:Alessio Pavone - Florennes 2021.png

[edit]

Hello, Aiiaan. Some time ago, a file you uploaded — File:Alessio Pavone - Florennes 2021.png — was tagged with {{OTRS pending}}, indicating that you (or perhaps the copyright holder if you did not create this image) submitted a statement of permission to permissions-en@wikimedia.org. Though there is often a backlog processing messages received at this address, we should have received your message by now.

  • If you have not submitted (or forwarded) a statement of permission, please send it immediately to permissions-en@wikimedia.org and let us know at the OTRS noticeboard that you have done so.
  • If you have already sent this message, it is possible that there was a problem receiving it. Please re-send it to permissions-en@wikimedia.org and let us know at the OTRS noticeboard that you have done so.

If we don't hear from you within one week, the file will be deleted. If we can help you, please feel free to ask at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 15:31, 2 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Aiiaan. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Aiiaan. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Aiiaan|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message.
I note that you have made a declaration of paid editing for Draft:Non Emergency Medical Transportation Accreditation Commission. Thank you.
Please confirm that you are, or are not, a paid editor for any and all other articles or drafts that you create or edit.
This is a mandatory declaration and this message must not be ignored.

Thank you for pointing this out. I was under the mistaken impression that my initial disclosure was a "cover all" for further articles. Aiiaan (talk) 15:25, 8 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You need to give details, specific details, for each. Also please deploy Connected contributor (paid) on the talk pages of each one with all relevant parameters filled out FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 17:18, 8 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I have deployed a declaration to the Talk page and added details of my contribution. Kindly advise if you don't think this is sufficient? Aiiaan (talk) 20:01, 8 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
