Thanks for uploading File:WinLive sync.svg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. RE: Removal of SVG WinMesh logo
Hi Nicky Mouse,
Firstly, appreciate you taking your time in creating an SVG version of the logo. However, I'm unsure what browser you're using, however using both Internet Explorer and Firefox on several different computers here, I'm seeing the logo you've created does not represent the actual logo. In particular, the white shading in the logo's circle appears to be grey in your SVG version. I would not recommend re-inserting the logo unless it at least resembles the actual logo in terms of the colour. Let me know if you need more information. Cheers, --Damaster98 (talk) 07:00, 25 October 2010 (UTC)
- I think from the looks of it, if we can fix the colour of the logo to resemble the real thing, it should look good enough to replace the PNG version. Let's see how it turns out first after the colour is fixed. Cheers. --Damaster98 (talk) 22:42, 25 October 2010 (UTC)
- Looks good enough to me - although there are some slight differences when you compare side-by-side, but I don't think that matters too much and I'm sure you've worked hard in replicating them as close as possible. Should be good to replace the PNG version I reckon. But as you can see, the PNG version contains history of how the WL Sync/Mesh logo evolved, so I'm going to revert the PNG version to the Wave 3 version, and placed the SVG version as the main one in the infobox instead. Thanks heaps for your work! --Damaster98 (talk) 22:15, 26 October 2010 (UTC)
RE:SpongeBob Wikiproject banner logo
Hey, Nicky Nouse. I'm not sure if using the show's actual logo would violate Wikipedia's fair use policies, but perhaps you can instead make another "SBSP" logo without the "Wikiproject", so that it stands out more as an icon. Keep up the good work! --SpongeSebastian (talk) 20:57, 22 November 2010 (UTC)
License tagging for File:Ruby on Rails.svg
Thanks for uploading File:Ruby on Rails.svg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 23:05, 25 November 2010 (UTC)
TCG
First of all, I would like to thank you for all that you have done and are doing for this project. Second, I would like to remind you that we are trying to have a link for every card, so when you propose cards, try to have a link to a project-space page, preferably a shortcut, in the proposal. It would be easiest to just link the card name to the page. ~~ Hi878 (Come shout at me!) 18:20, 27 November 2010 (UTC)
- Hey, those proposal images are looking great. Once I get around to it I'll normalize the format with the other ones. The Jimbo one will need a different image that lends itself better to a landscape orientation so it can stretch all the way across...I know the selection is pretty meager there, but I'm sure we could get Jimbo to snap one for us if it comes to that. Also...you might as well upload your images as 210x311 PNGs (File>>Export Bitmap, set the dimensions to 210x311 and resolution to 90dpi)-- the SVGs simply aren't displaying as designed, at least not on my browser-- even my own SVGs fail to display properly-- and that makes the SVGs so ugly it detracts from the actual proposal. I think you've earned your tribute card-- adding you to the list of significant contributors. Bob the Wikipedian (talk • contribs) 21:46, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
- It renders them, but its rendering is not anywhere nearly as accurate as Inkscape's export bitmap feature. Bob the Wikipedian (talk • contribs) 01:29, 29 November 2010 (UTC)
Merry Christmas
Thanks for all you're doing for WP:TCG! Have a blessed Christmas! Bob the Wikipedian (talk • contribs) 17:26, 24 December 2010 (UTC)
- Hey, welcome back! You've got a lot of catching up to do, and I've also published a tutorial on how to make article cards for the good deck, which seems to have been enough to get our newest member, EWikist up and running with excellent cards. You might have a look at it and see if it helps. Bob the Wikipedian (talk • contribs) 01:02, 3 January 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry to hear that....take your time as needed, no need to explain; you've been/will be missed! Bob the Wikipedian (talk • contribs) 04:19, 3 January 2011 (UTC)
File copyright problem with File:Apple_iOS.svg
Thank you for uploading File:Apple_iOS.svg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. — Fourthords | =/\= | 00:03, 7 January 2011 (UTC)
/* re: Wikipedia 10th Anniversary Celebration */
It was nice to meet you. Are you a CU student? There were enough folks there I don't remember what you said about yourself. If you're interested in bots, or admins, or anything else I might be able to help with please don't hesitate to contact me. -- Rick Block (talk) 05:29, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

sig
Haha, I don't expect anyone to download it. I've coded it to use Times if that one isn't installed. Also, I can't add anything to my sig because I have maxxed out the length. BOB THE WIKIPEDIAN (talk • contribs) 10:12, 22 January 2011 (UTC)
