Request reason:

I'm a new user to Wikipedia. I'm still learning all the ins and outs. For some unknown reason, I have been unfairly blocked from editing across the site. I only joined this evening, I created my own user page. As a lifelong football fan, I just added a few very minor additions to the excellent, well written, well researched and brilliantly edited Liverpool F.C Women article. Credit to the people who helped create this wonderful page. The edit I made was adding a quote by former manager to the history section. Which was cited correctly. I should know because I remember that quote vividly. I corrected a few spelling and grammatical errors by previous editors. I also added club ambassadors to the staff list as they are on the LFC structure, they were announced by the club themselves. Sadly someone decided to block me and take away my additions, which as I said were correctly cited and documented

Decline reason:

@Jpgordon: I hope you are well. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me. I didn’t know how to reply to this message as the reply button didn’t work. A pop came up saying I had to use edit instead. I still don’t know if it worked, I’m trying again. The help pages are really confusing, I‘m trying to learn from them. I have a a user box on my page which says that admins should be able to help new users, help with any enquiries. To answer your question, I'm really sorry I don't know who or what that is. As I said I'm a new user, I love learning and want to help contribute to this wonderful encyclopaedia. I have always used and loved Wikipedia for its vast amount of knowledge and I’d love to help contribute with the knowledge I have. The small amount of edits I made, I contributed positively in the spirit of Wikipedia. All my additions were cited and sourced correctly from official sources. I'm still learning the ins and outs. I hope that helps. Akoranga1 (talk) 20:30, 28 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
