Requested username:

Request reason:

I didn't know that I wasn't allowed to advertise, because I was using my competitors article Russian School of Mathematics as a template for my own. Seems like mine was a lot more neutral than theirs which is currently published. AlexanderKolchinsky (talk) 03:12, 10 March 2024 (UTC)

Confirmed block evasion for Russianmathtutors, I will go block this account directly. Yamla (talk) 11:43, 10 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Yamla. I just wanted to complain about this wikipedia article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_School_of_Mathematics
You seem to have a bias against me, but allow this company not only to promote themselves, but also, to erase over 100 years of "Russian School of Mathematics" history, by claiming that it was founded in 1997 in Massachusetts, completely ignorant of great Russian mathematicians like Kolmogorov, Chebychev, Lobachevsky and others. Yet, you have banned my changes to history and biography of great Russian educators, Vilenky and Peterson. Your 'facts' seem to be in line with the 'arrogant and singleminded' impression the rest of the world has of Americans and their institutions. They say they are against fake news... but when called out on it, they find other ways of 'legally' discrediting their opposition. Very cold of an organization to do this. This account is not directly blocked. What is the message that you see when you attempt to edit? I fixed your post, the whole url is not needed when linking to another Wikipedia article or page. Beware in using any random article as a guide or model- other articles could themselves be problematic and simply not addressed yet. See other stuff exists. If you want to use other articles as a model or example, use those that are classified as good articles. 331dot (talk) 09:09, 10 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It says:
This IP address has been automatically blocked on Wikipedia.
This does not affect your ability to read Wikipedia pages.
This is because someone using this internet address or shared proxy server was blocked. The ability for all users on this IP address to edit pages has been automatically suspended to prevent abuse by the blocked party. Innocent users are sometimes caught in an autoblock. We need to know what IP is involved. If you do not want to post it publicly, you may use WP:UTRS to make a private unblock request. Where were you advised to make an unblock request that also proposes a new username? Such a message doesn't ask you to change your username. 331dot (talk) 11:26, 10 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
