Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Alexandra Feodorovna (Alix of Hesse)", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it impersonates a well-known person. As you were informed here, you would not have been allowed to change your existing user name to this name. So obviously it is not appropriate to create a new account with this user name.

Indeed, but that's not the issue here, as you know. You were specifically informed that your involvement with the article Alexandra Feodorovna (Alix of Hesse) made this user name inappropriate. And in any case it makes zero sense for anyone to created a new account with the user name they have literally just been told they can't change to. Why have I been blocked[edit]

I have been blocked. Why? I have done nothing wrong. People have been accusing me of being Tsarina Alexandra Hesse. I'm not. Does Wikipedia just hate me or something? If so, why?
