Is voting system for new place marks gone[edit]

Hi, I am very old user of Wikimapia (Wikimapia user name: Vikichauhan) and have good privileges on it including one to delete any place mark.

I added a new place mark (In India) and it became permanent place automatically, is voting system gone, if yes, it will be a trouble as one will abuse it and make large place marks and cluttering the town. Pl revert the voting system, people have started cluttering the system with large place marks.
