The Draft:Nanjing Publishing House can't be accepted because the references is not reliable, right?

So, if I can find the reliable data to cite, it maybe will be accepted?

Hello! I declined this mainly because of the grammar issues. Some examples include:

"and it established by" (it was established by?);
"Morial [sic] Hall ... established in" is missing a verb and seems to be misspelled;
"Xian-wen, Chang" and "Jian-jun, Chang" have erroneous commas in names;
The sentence starting with "Including" does not have a predicate (it only has a subject).

The draft only has two sources, both of which are in Chinese. This will make it much harder to have your page reviewed. Hi, I've looked at the draft, it's currently not much more than a single paragraph with a set of random facts. It's not structured in the way we might expect from an encyclopaedia article. There's no introduction, no sections. It's hard for a reader looking at this article to get an impression of the purpose and history of the organisation.

Before asking this kind of question again, please familiarize yourself with the Manual of Style which describes the typical structure of a Wikipedia article.

The event is in the near future and the article reads as promoting the event. I don't see any chance for notability before it happens and a low chance sufficient Independent sources will discuss the event to make it meet notability after it occurs. OK, here are a few comments and pieces of advice which I hope may be helpful to you.

In the draft I mentioned above you made some changes, but you made no changes at all to the references in the article, which, as you will see if you re-read the message about it further up this page, was the reason for the rejection. Indeed, that message explicitly said "Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added".
I see that you have created several drafts which have been rejected. I imagine that must be very discouraging and frustrating, after you have clearly put quite a bit of effort into writing them. My advice to new editors is that it is best to start by making small improvements to existing articles, rather than creating new articles. That way any mistakes you make will be small ones, and you won't have the discouraging experience of repeatedly seeing hours of work deleted. Gradually, you will get to learn how Wikipedia works, and after a while you will know enough about what is acceptable to be able to write whole new articles without fear that they will be deleted. Over the years I have found that editors who start by making small changes to existing articles and work up from there have a far better chance of having a successful time here than those who jump right into creating new articles from the start.
The problems mentioned above are ones which can be corrected by gaining more experience of editing Wikipedia, but I'm afraid there's also another problem which can't be cured so easily. Your skill at English is not really up to the level which is appropriate for writing articles in an English language encyclopaedia. I have made a few changes to the text of Draft:International forum on cultural placemaking & the night-time economy in world cities to make the English more natural, but I have not changed the sentence "Besides, the night-time economy will bring the impact and development", because I am really not sure what it is intended to mean.
