I can help you on the page if you like, what specifically do you have questions about? A good start on reducing the first-person and NPOV; the section on the three divisions still seems a bit advertising. There are also a lot of red links (wikilinks that don't point to existing articles) which looks ugly. If there is some objective source for the data on employment, revenue and so on, it would be good to cite that. Feel free to insert the information you mentioned on the talk page about the awards, so long as you also put references. I don't really know much about this industry but this does seem to be a large organization, so it is probably notable enough to merit an article if we can get it cleaned up properly.
