[edit]

If you disagree with an article's content, you can discuss it on its talk page. Do not use edit summaries to make personal attacks against other editors, as you did here. That is unacceptable behaviour; see Wikipedia:No personal attacks. And do not replace material supported by reliable sources, like the current map in that article, with material that is unsourced, like the map you added. Please familiarize yourself with Wikipedia's relevant policies, Wikipedia:Verifiability and Wikipedia:Civility in particular, before you make further edits. Thank you, R Prazeres (talk) 20:05, 9 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Marinid Sultanate. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. R Prazeres (talk) 20:33, 9 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

i'm not a sockpuppet, and im not here for a grudge. Now it is you who is making personal attacks against me. As for me, did i personally attack you? never.
Read what the page says, it says in the second paragraph:
"In 1244, after being at their service for several years, the Marinids overthrew the Almohads which had controlled Morocco. At the height of their power in the mid-14th century, during the reigns of Abu al-Hasan and his son Abu Inan, the Marinid dynasty briefly held sway over most of the Maghreb including large parts of modern-day Algeria and Tunisia"
Which map is more appropriate after reading this? You said in your talk page that it was a brief period of dominance so we should not put those regions, but this is a subjective statement, a conquest is a conquest even if it is one day. Nazi Germany too had dominated Russia for a short time, but we clearly see Russia as part of their empire. Same thing with the empire of China which was the shortest empire ever existed. As you can see the colours are different to show that it was a rapid conquest. I requested the admins to intervene and protect this page.
Hope you can understand my point. Have a good day. Moorishino (talk) 22:53, 9 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Empire of Morocco

[edit]

Hello, I see you are interested in writing Moroccan history correctly. Some Dynastyn are missing from Morocco's infobox. I would like to edit them, but unfortunately a user named "M.Bitton" has them all banned. we are a group of 6 editors and 4 became. Banned for "socket dolls". Although that's wrong. I'm the 5th. I reported this to the admins but nobody cares. Maybe you have better luck

Fondation de l'État 789[12],[13],[14],[15]

Idrissides 789 - 985 Almoravides 1055 - 1147 Almohades 1147 - 1269 Merinides 1269 - 1465 Idrissides (branch of Joutey) 1465 - 1471 Wattassides 1472 - 1554 Saadiens 1554 - 1659 Alaouites Depuis 1666 Traité de Fès 30 Mars 1912 this is from Wiki France. If you could add that to Morocco's info box that would be nice. I would definitely get banned for that. if you need sources i can give them to you. From Wikipedia from France Germany Russia etc. Hotjewish (talk) 19:05, 18 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

unfourtunately when you contact the admins they only look at the profiles, the guy called "m.bitton" has much more edits than us so he will have priority anyways even if we have sources.. thats the sad part of wiki.
I will try when i have time, but i have already been warned because i tried to put the correct map of the Marinid dynasty (the same we see in french wiki) but they constantly reversed it with the one you see which is ironically unsourced.
Still you can add a topic in the page and send a message to the guy who is reversing your edits.
Have a good day ;-D Moorishino (talk) 07:43, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
