You need to write in a neutral, factual, non-promotional manner. You also cannot write what you want to write, or what the business in question wants to say about itself; we only want to know what entirely unconnected third parties, and more to the point reliable secondary sources (books, newspapers, magazines, TV and radio programmes, etc.), have said about them. I chose Pushpa Jewellers Pvt Ltd as the topic for my first edit because it's a business I'm personally familiar with and passionate about. Having been involved in the industry for a while, I wanted to contribute to the Wikipedia community by sharing information about a company I admire. Pushpa Jewellers' journey and accomplishments resonate with me, and I believe it's important to highlight the hard work and dedication that goes into building a successful business. When I mentioned being "personally familiar with and passionate about" Pushpa Jewellers Pvt Ltd, I meant that I have had real-life dealings with the owners, since I'm a jewellery enthusiast. I do not work for Pushpa Jewellers, nor do I own any stake in the company. However, I have interacted with the owners and managers in a professional capacity and have visited their retail outlets on several occasions. While I do not have a personal relationship with them outside of business interactions, I am familiar with their work ethic, values, and contributions to the industry.
