Creating a Page Need Help[edit]

I am creating a page but i am not able to add image on the infobox can anyone help me with that, i think i am not allowed to perform that action, will anyone upload the picture once my page will go live. I cant do it from side.

The answer that you gave at the Teahouse regarding wiring an autobiography was inaccurate and unhelpful. I see that you only have 21 edits to Wikipedia. You cannot possibly be familiar enough with our policies and guidelines to answer Teahouse questions properly.
