That will put your user name (Ambassadorkamal) and the date/time at the end (or you can click on the icon when you are editing. Never sign on an article page - only on a discussion page.

Incidently, if your user name is correct, that means that you may have a conflict of interest when editing the Shahid Kamal article. This does not mean that you cannot contribute to the article, but you need to take extra care to ensure that the language you use in it has a neutral point of view. If in doubt, mention what you would like added to the article on its talk page - a neutral editor can insert information!

Also, it would be useful if you could find references in independent sources (see reliable sources for ideas of what would be acceptable) for the information in the article. Pakistan Government websites would be useful, as these are official sites, or Associated Press of Pakistan stories. I have added one citation from a press release about the appointment to the ambassadorship to Germany. I have also added this to the WikiProjects for Pakistan and Biography.
