Editing

Hallo and thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. I was alerted to Jia Rizivi on a list of women's articles up for deletion, so had a look at it. A few points:

Please be careful about spellings: the article is at the wrong title. I moved it, then remembered that one shouldn't move an article during an AfD discussion so moved it back.
Please remember that Wikipedia doesn't refer to people by their given name, but by their surname - I changed "Jia" to "Rizivi", and then to "Rizvi", in several places.
Please don't use "curly" or "slanted" quote marks or apostrophes.
Reference names like "one" are not helpful - please use more meaningful names as you did when creating Scott Zeron. Perhaps this was an experiment - please don't repeat it. I've changed the names of a few of the re-used references (and also given their authors credit in a couple of cases).
I've never heard of a "box person": is that really the correct word for a "boxer" in some variety of English? I changed it.

There's a lot to learn about editing Wikiipedia but it's an interesting journey. Whether or not Jia's article survives, Happy Editing! PamD 09:54, 19 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

And I'm puzzled by "He is the third driver over the past two decades to be honored with the U.S. Driver of the Year title". Is there a missing word or phrase like "Canadian" or "from xyz" or "aged under xx"? It's easy not to notice when you're typing fast, but please take a moment to read through what you write. Thanks.
