Suggestions on building a STAR article

Hi there. I was looking thru sources on STAR before Robert speedied the article. While I agree with him doing so in the format the article existed in, I do see a lot of information on STAR and it looks like you could create a good article. My recommendation would be that you use the Articles for Creation system where experienced editors can help out to make sure you're setting up the page correctly. You might also want to talk to whomever is in charge of the STAR website, it's down and I had to dig thru Google cache to find info. I see you've reposted the article, but you still haven't included any sources and the formatting is all wrong. Chances are it will be deleted again.
