The content is good and detailed. However, you should be careful about punctuation. Sentences are very long, therefore commas and semicolons are needed. When you mention Maron et al. do not forget about the date, even though it is referenced (i.e: In 2019, Maron et al.). Plus, mentioned species need to be written in italic. Amosius review: i liked to read your article and i think you did a great job. I just have to mention some formal points: The "Gut Microbiome" abstract misses linkage for allready existing wikipedia articles, which i would loved to sea. Likewise, i would suggest for the "The microbiome of the respiratory system" abstract to split the sources of the first part behind more sentences to make a better overview. Additionally, i would change the writing style cause some words are written in bold, where i would prefer a link instead and species should be written in italic.
