Transfering images to commons

Hi! I notice you've been moving images to commons. If you move an image currently being used in an article and you change it's name, it'd be really useful if you could go to the articles it's used in and change them so they link to the commons file. Otherwise the bots that review the script will not list it as suitable for being deleted as when it is those articles will link to files that aren't there! Thanks! Need some help for my first article

Hi Andrew,

I'm trying to post an article since yesterday on Wikipedia. I already got some help from Alex but I'm still experiencing problems: My article is called: Art in All of Us (AiA)

1/ I can't find the article on wikipedia! After investigating I found out that this could be due to the fact that some words in the title are capitalized and some others are not. I have to redirect it, right? Can anyone help me with it?

2/ I'm trying to add a banner at the bottom of the article and a picture on the side of the article and once again, I need some helps as I have spent so long trying to do it.

Can you help me please?

Need some help with my Wiki

Hello,

I'm totally lost! I have to find out how to create a wiki in a way that only certain users can access and/or edit an article. I have been trying to figure this out for over 3 weeks. I really would appreciate your help. Can you help me please?

Work in progress on a biography, need advise

I've started a biography of Matt Mahurin in my user area right here, and I am unclear how to keep this article from being picked up by googlebot and other search engines. This is a complex biography and will take me some time to complete. Can you offer some help? I am very new to this process, so please be kind! I'm certain I am doing something wrong and wish to correct my mistakes as soon as possible.

Oxford Wikimania 2010 and Wikimedia UK v2.0 Notice

As a regularly contributing UK Wikipedian, we were wondering if you wanted to contribute to the Oxford bid to host the 2010 Wikimania conference. Please see here for details of how to get involved, we need all the help we can get if we are to put in a compelling bid.

Have written draft. Need help formatting and uploading article.

In the Wikipedia entry on Shared Space, I am named as a proponent. The other four named proponents have individual Wikipedia entries. As a published writer with original views, I thought it would be appropriate for me to have my own Wiki entry. I note that we are advised against posting our own entries. Also I find the system difficult to navigate. So I wonder if you would execute an entry if I send you a draft? If possible please reply by email to mc@fitroads.org. URL is www.fitroads.org. When creating an article, you should write the article in a word processor or in your own userspace before you publish it to main Wikipedia article space - you should only publish it when you feel that it is a complete article - or place {{underconstruction}} on the page so we know you're not finished yet.) Orange

I disagree my contribution to the orange was extremely constructive. I do not appreciate you removing it from the internet. Have you ever considered how colorblind people see orange as yellow. You're not looking out for the little guy and I find this action offensive and unreasonable. Apologies - I'm aware that this should have been done: I reverted the addition of Bunny Cunt and then reverted my reversion as I was unsure that I should have reverted it. (Was using WP:HG at the time, and was going just a little bit too fast :P) You should probably talk to whoever put them on the list to begin with (I have no idea who they are).
