Request reason:

At the beginning, I was not fully aware of how to properly contribute to Wikipedia. When I first created the account I thought the username would be linked to the page I was creating. Now that I feel I am gaining experience writing/editing articles I feel confident I will be able to edit other articles with detailed and accurate information in order to help build the Wikipedia site and make mindful contributions to various articles. I am sorry for the confusion upfront and I would really appreciate the opportunity to edit other articles as well as create my own articles about various topics.

I'm declining this unblock request since the rename was already performed by Yamla and since you have made no further responses in three weeks. That username is fine so I have performed the rename. I don't believe you've done this: "Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked." In particular, it's not clear if you understand why your existing contributions were inappropriate. Request reason:

I understand the reason that I was blocked was because my article was inappropriate as it appeared too promotional and not as something factual that belongs in an encyclopedia. I intend to contribute content that is factual and not promotional in any way and help edit pages to make them more credible. I appreciate you changing my username and hope to be able to edit articles and contribute to Wikipedia in the future. Again I am sorry for any confusion and my original take on contributing to Wikipedia.
