Erika Jayne photo[edit]

In the Commons file you state that you are the Author of the image. Is that really so? Do you hold the copyright to the image? Did you take the photo? Are you the original publisher of the image? If you are not the copyright-holder and you lifted the image from elsewhere on the internet and placed it within Wikipedia/Wikimedia without permission of the actual copyright-holder then Wikipedia cannot use it. Removing the Warning for editwarring does not negate the fact that you were in violation of WP:3RR. You have repeatedly re-added an image to the Erika Jayne article despite the image being previously deleted from Commons for a copyright violation. Well, it means the world to me that you care so much Erika Jayne that you have to ruin my holiday to be such a fucking bitch about it. Happy holidays.— Preceding unsigned comment added by AngelBerries (talkcontribs) 07:21, 25 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

(edit conflict)Please take a look at the Welcome links above and study up on how Wikipedia is allowed to use images. There are also biography of living people concerns in this matter. Shearonink (talk) 07:26, 25 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
