Your book[edit]

I saw your comment at User talk:Blaze Wolf asking about how to add information from your book. In short, you don't. Wikipedia is not a means of promotion. You would also have a direct conflict of interest in adding information about your book to Wikipedia. If you believe there is missing information on an article in Wikipedia with which you would have a conflict of interest, you should be adding suggested edits to the talk page of the article, such as at Talk:Korean Air Lines Flight 007. If you have questions, let me know. Thanks, --Hammersoft (talk) 13:47, 2 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Thank you for your fast reply. But I see many books mentioned in this article, because this crash was featured in those books. How did those books get to be listed? May be someone else can suggest adding my book?
Kind regards, Angelika Regossi AngelikaRegossi (talk) 13:56, 2 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
We don't just add books. How that article is constructed is frankly way over the top. It's become a dumping ground of everything that's ever been written about the subject, or so it seems. Unless your book has information in it that is not already in the article, and that information is well sourced to other reliable, secondary sources, there's no reason to include it. --Hammersoft (talk) 16:38, 3 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
