Firstly, Thank you uploading the photo. Don't worry, there isn't a licensing concern I could identify. The F8 tag was added because the image was identified as being duplicate of an image uploaded on Wikimedia Commons. On review it appeared that you also uploaded the same image to Commons c:File:Fick photo for wikipedia.jpg. In general, it is desirable that 'freely' licensed images such as the photo you uploaded, are hosted on Wikimedia Commons, and that there are no duplicates between Commons and a local project such as English Wikipedia.

Images from Wikimedia Commons, can be directly displayed on English Wikipedia with no changes to the file syntax, using the Commons name instead of the name of the image uploaded locally. However if you want the local upload to be retained, you can tag it with {{Keep local}}

I would also advise forwarding the details you indicated in the email to the OTRS permissions queue, see WP:OTRS, WP:CONSENT and Wikipedia:Donating_copyrighted_materials#Donating_your_photographs. Wikipedia (and Wikimedia Commons) take copyrights seriously, and thus need some kind of confirmation, even if with apologies this seems a little inconvenient.

Hey Angie. The problem here is that the photo is new enough (currently meaning created after 1923) that we would need more information to explain why you own, not just the physical copy of the image, but the intellectual property rights under copyright for the image. These generally default to whoever took the photo, legally, whoever "created the work". So we would need more information to demonstrate that this is acceptable legally for use on Wikipedia. The details of the email may be discussed among the team, but no one will release any of your private information to the public, so you don't need to worry about that.
