Thanks For the Article[edit]

Just thought I'd write to say thanks for the info in the article on Alicyclobacillus spp. I'm studying biotechnology in Dublin City University and I am studying for a food microbiology exam in August. On the subject of canned food spoilage, Modern Food Microbiology, 7th Edition by J. Jay, Alicyclobacillus spp. was mention as a spoiler of high acid canned foods, but no information was given about how to know spoilage was caused by this particular species. So your article really helped in that respect.
