I would reword your first sentence, it seems like a lot of fluff. Being succinct rather than pushing for a greater word volume will make this more readable.
The same thing goes for phrases like "on the other hand"

Luis Michey Tovar's Peer review for Pluralingualism[edit]
Great first start! To begin I would suggest adding a section "Plurilingualism in the Media." This would pair great with the toolkit assignment and often I've found sections like this in other Wikipedia articles. It is a great way to give examples of the concept without trying to explain the situation in a dedicated space. This would also supplement well with the definition. Additionally, I could see some use in expanding on the use in a diplomatic setting, maybe famous examples of conflict resolution specialists that utilized plurilingualism in a specific case. Great start though!
