I didn't understood what is Xwiki Spam and Sockpuppet as I neither know any such person or nor I've ever heard or connected to such person. About article I found it passes WP:Author and WP:Director so I've putten request for creation as sources I found was genuine and reliable as per WIKI Rules, which is is of Times Of India and the person in article has seem to be got award from times group. If you dont care about content no problem... kindly provide me sock-puppetry evidence which proves I have connection to such person! Rather tell me what action you taken agaist such person for Personal Attacks, Abuse and Threaten me?

I haven't done anything wrong! The article which I have been requested was Authentic and not written for any advertisement or not a paid edit. The person in article got notable award so far its written. I have no connection or no other account in wikipedia apart from this. Requesting you kindly remove block. Request reason:

Making new article dosent prove I'm sockpuppeteer apart I had check that sockpuppeteers report, you please see his edits my edits... there is huge difference! Only I made this article made the requester thinks i'm his sock puppet... its not at all a valid reason. The article which I made was as per norms but was not aware the reporter have some personal issues with this article (I beliver he have personal issues) it proves through his messages on my talk page of Mr.wikipedia i.e. marathi wikipedia. User:DMacks May be because the person in article recently awarded a big award and the information which we get from reliable sources in India which is allowed on Wikipedia that can be accommodate in article, we cant put anything else.... But Language used in article must be different but it dosen't mean behavioural match. I didn't get exact meaning of your last sentence 'Admins and checkusers are welcome to email me for details.' if it is like you could share me details over email kindly let me know how to share you my email id?
