Welcome![edit]

Hello, Annie Nova, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please complete the student training, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Feedback[edit]

Hi Annie Nova. I was looking over some of the edits your classmates have made thus far, and I noticed that in this edit you changed the spelling from the English "fibre" to the American "fiber". Since Wikipedia is an international (not just American) reference work, both English and American spellings are acceptable. However, you should not change articles from one variant to the other without good reason (e.g., if the article uses a mix of spellings, you should standardize the spelling, although in that case, you should go with the first variety used).

It's a fairly minor issue, but it's one of those things that can get contentious on Wikipedia sometimes. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 20:17, 18 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Topics?[edit]

Put up 2 or 3 page ideas that you would like to start working on, along with a short justification please. Thanks! Daclausen (talk) 14:54, 28 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

November 2015[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Serols. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Operation Peter Pan— because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Serols (talk) 18:42, 11 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
