One way that this image could remain on Wikipedia is if we can show that it's in the public domain. Could you clarify a few details about the card from which you scanned it? Specifically, I'm interested in knowing (1) if it were published in 1977 or earlier, and (2) if so, did the source publication have a copyright notice? If the answer to (1) is "yes" and the answer to (2) is "no", the image is in the public domain, and will easily be kept. Please make your response at the "discussion" page.
