I'm not seeing significant coverage of the company in this article. Phrases like strategic shift aimed to establish a dynamic ecosystem and the holding focuses on nurturing their growth are clearly corporate speak and not neutral in tone nor encyclopedic in nature. Unfortunately a lot of work is needed here to justify this entering the mainspace without issue.
