Are you still interested in Biophysics?

Hi Anthony,

I found you on the list of participants in the Wikiproject Biophysics that has been inactive for some time. I would like to revive the inactive Wikiproject Biophysics and wondered if you may still be interested in editing for the Wikiproject Biophysics. This research field is gaining continuously more importance, so I am convinced new subjects of research will come up regularly. Moreover, I noticed there are some really interesting Wikipedia pages in the category of Biophysics that could benefit from new edits and updates. I am a Biologist with strong interests in Biophysics, so I really need help from Physicists, Biophysicists, Chemists and other Biologists to work together. Could you please also convince fellow Wikipedians to join the project? Thank you so much for your time Phacelias (talk) 15:16, 10 January 2022 (UTC)

PS: I sent you an email from my gmail account (replying to an email you sent to public@ram.org - that just forwards there) with all the info you requested. I hope you received it and it isn't languishing in spam hell. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ram samudrala (talkcontribs) 11:15, 29 March 2022 (UTC)

@Ram samudrala: Thanks! I got the email and responded to it. Antony–22 (talkcontribs) 03:56, 30 March 2022 (UTC)
That's odd, I don't see it (last time it went to spam, but it's not even there now), you just replied to my gmail? If it's not a bother could you please resend to ram.samudrala@gmail.com and/or if you have my info and don't need anything else then we're good. Thanks again, and sorry for delay/hassle. I know you are an experienced editor, so I'm confused about your edit at Parsons, West Virginia, which completely disrupted the article layout. There's simply no space for three photos of non-notable places in this small town. Also, why didn't you fix the enormous courthouse photo? Could you please take a moment to fix your edit, and remove some of the photos. Thanks. Magnolia677 (talk) 23:37, 12 April 2022 (UTC)

@Magnolia677: I think there's enough text for the images, but I removed the image of the library (and reduced the courthouse image to standard size). Within the context of a city article, the municipal building, the library, and a river crossing are all reasonable images to include. Antony–22 (talkcontribs) 23:44, 12 April 2022 (UTC)
I made a few tweaks to the article. Thank you for adding so many great pictures of West Virginia. This one is fabulous. Magnolia677 (talk) 09:54, 13 April 2022 (UTC)

Consensus on monolayers category

Have you checked in on this discussion recently? I'd like to work out some way to move forward so we don't have two categories with the same articles in them. One possibility is that we could make a separate category for molecular monolayers, if that's what your main concern. The page is sort of in limbo at the moment. Appreciate your thoughts if you could give this a second look. 〈 Forbes72 | Talk 〉 19:46, 28 May 2022 (UTC)

Happy holidays!

Happy New Year!

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year, Antony-22!

The other day, I was having a conversation with someone about holiday cards and social media. It occurred to me that, in the years since I left Facebook, the site I use most to communicate with people I like isn't actually a social media site at all. If you're receiving this, it's pretty likely I've talked with you more recently than I have my distant relatives and college friends on FB, at very least, and we may have even collaborated on something useful. So here's a holiday "card", Wikipedia friend. :) Hope the next couple weeks bring some fun and/or rest. — Rhododendrites talk \\ 18:09, 22 December 2022 (UTC)
