Block Appeal[edit]

My roommate and I are both participating in the same Wikipedia course on the same wifi. Every time I am home I have issues with my account and it says I am blocked from editing, but when I try to log in and edit in a different location and on different wifi it seems to work. I don't know how to fix this so that I am able to edit at home.
