Typo in stats updates[edit]

Hey, a few points on the YouTube stats updating:

I've seen you update YouTube stats with the same typo a few times: replacing "July" with "Jul" [1]. Make sure to write out the entire month name.
Also, it seems the standard level of detail is to one decimal point of detail so as to not be overly precise (aka 1.5 billion, not 1.51 billion).
Finally, if the parameter "stats_update" is included, there is no need for subscriber_date or view_date.
