I see you nominated the article I was working on for deletion. Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/CETI Patterson Power Cell (2nd nomination)
That version on the page doesn't really reflect the real content. There are many more sources.
You couldn't have known it of course, but I would say I have sufficiently improved the article, there are still many things to fix, that was why I didn't put it live. If you could give me some time to do this would be nice. The article was a stable stub for many years. We are in no means in a hurry.
If you are worried about notablilty, the topic only had to be notable 15 years ago. And indeed it was on TV several times, it showed prominent scientists who claimed to have replicated the cell. Patterson is mentioned in the NYT and he has several wired articles about him. The other news sources are just there for further reading. We could suppress that information to avoid bias but it requires separate arguments for each ref. It takes work.
