2015 Archive

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Hunnu Air, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Shizuoka. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Lettershendoney is not how us locals spell it

Hi. You created the page Lettershendoney on 5th March 2006. Would it be possible to adjust the title spelling to Lettershandoney. Its a small thing, but i live here and its locally always spelt with an "a" and not an "e". Thanks Super job you are doing. When you move an existing page to create a disambiguation page, as you recently did with Ballyboley,‎ Ballycor, Lisnarick, and Tullyallen, please fix the incoming links so that they point to the appropriate article, and not to the disambiguation page. Please do this before you make any further moves. Cheers! bd2412 T 14:58, 20 April 2015 (UTC)

Creating DPs

When you create DPs, could you please take care that the template "disambig" is placed at the bottom and not on the top of the page? Thank you! The Banner talk 22:26, 20 April 2015 (UTC)

Hello. On the same topic, could you please make sure to add exactly one blue link for each entry added. It's mandatory. Here's a quick overview of the guidelines for dab pages: WP:DDD. Thank you, --Midas02 (talk) 22:54, 1 May 2015 (UTC)

Are you really sure this edit is correct? From what I read (such as this) it seems the ship you added is the same ship as the one put into service in 1929. It was started by Harland & Wolff in 1923/1924 and was not completed there but was finished in the Netherlands and started service in 1929. Do you have any evidence there were two ships of the same name, built and completed, at essentially the same time. Thanks. ww2censor (talk) 18:24, 5 November 2015 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
