Notability issues aside, the big table with the subject's photo and biographical information needs to be redone using Template:infobox person or one of its specializations.

As a style issue, we refer to the subject by their last name, so everyplace you say Mo, should be changed to Dirani.

Also, we don't put external links in the body of an article, per WP:EXT.
