Article Pitch

Hilltop Neighborhood House is a very underrated not-for-profit organization that has three award-winning programs. They help low-income families in the Valparaiso community and provide resources for all age groups. Hilltop is also one of the most common work study programs for Valparaiso University students. They are known for their childcare program but they also have an after-school program for school-age children called Walt's Place. Their third program, attached to Hilltop Too (Walt's Place), is the Rose Gray Food Pantry.

Possible links to this article could be Valparaiso, Indiana, and the Northwest Indiana Times articles about Hilltop's work. I would want to find more specific resources beyond the local paper but I think Hilltop is a great subject of one of Valpo's most valuable organizations.
