Images for commons...[edit]

Hey, you tagged a bunch of firearms related images for move to commons. Some of them - at least File:KnightsArmamentCompany-PDW.GIF and File:Bushmaster-acr-cropped.jpg, are not free images, but are "fair use", and cannot be copied to Commons. Only open license or public domain images can be used on Commons.

Please be a bit more careful on what you tag, sometimes images get moved improperly then deleted from commons due to the licensing issue, and then are completely gone off Wikipedia until someone notices...

Hi there. I would also recommend not to tag for moving images for which the status is unclear such as File:Khaybarrifle.jpg which is under PUF. --Muhandes (talk) 21:25, 10 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
