I moved your "user" page to your "sandbox" so you can work on it

[edit]

I moved your user page, User:Arjuna Anchan, to User:Arjuna Anchan/sandbox. Your user page is meant to tell other editors about your activities on Wikipedia. You can leave it blank if you choose. It is not for draft articles. Draft articles should be created as "user sub-pages" or as pages whose name starts with Draft:. For more information on user pages and user sub-pages, read Wikipedia:User pages. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 🎄 03:54, 12 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello i want to change the title of my page but it always diaplys my username. I tried to try the Wikipedia renaming technique but it seems to be not working. Arjuna Anchan (talk) 04:00, 12 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think the organization you are trying to write about meets Wikipedia's WP:Notability criteria. Please read WP:Your first article before spending any more time on it. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 🎄 04:01, 12 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Read WP:MOVE for instructions. I strongly recommend that you NOT try to move it into the main encyclopedia. If you do, it will likely be either moved back or deleted. You cannot move pages until your account is 4 days old and you have 10 edits. You have 10 edits, but your account is too new.
If it IS a draft article, then in 4 days you can move it from its current location at User:Arjuna Anchan/sandbox to a new location, such as Draft:Extraterrestrial and Ufo Research Organisation, International. Please do NOT do this until after you've read WP:My first article and you understand what "Notability" means as it applies to Wikipedia articles. MOST organizations are NOT "notable" by Wikipedia standards. If this organization is NOT notable - which is very likely - then you should just erase the sandbox page and work on another topic.
If it is NOT a draft article, then it shouldn't be here at all. If this is the case, please just erase the sandbox page.
Also, just to avoid confusion about what is and is not allowed in Wikipedia, please read WP:About and WP:What Wikipedia is not. In particular, Wikipedia is not a web hosting service, it is not social media, and it is not a place to promote or advertise any person, concept, thing, organization, or other topic. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 🎄 04:09, 12 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Your "user page" is special

[edit]

Your main "user page" is to tell us about yourself, not to create draft articles or promote any organization. Please remove the content about Extraterrestrial and Ufo Research Organisation,International from User:Arjuna Anchan.

If this is a draft article, you can work on the copy that already exists at User:Arjuna Anchan/sandbox.

Please read WP:User pages for more information on what is allowed on your main user page and what is allowed in user sub-pages like your sandbox. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 🎄 04:36, 12 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 13:37, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Actually i wanted to delete my draft. So please remove the speedy deletikn tag please. Arjuna Anchan (talk) 15:20, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
If you would like to delete the draft, you can do this yourself by adding {{db-self}} to the draft page. This has nothing to do with the speedy deletion tags on your mainspace articles, which must remain in place. - MrOllie (talk) 15:30, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Actualy my draft was converted into a new article when i was reading through Help:Your First article due to my faulty display.so i was trying to delete the error but i didnt knew the delete tag. Therefore plz remove the speedy deletion tag from my article please. Hope you understand as its my first article Arjuna Anchan (talk) 15:44, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The tag shouldn't be removed, because the article does not meet Wikipedia's basic inclusion requirements. An admin will be along to review the tag and either remove it or delete the article soon. - MrOllie (talk) 16:08, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove previous "AfC" templates

[edit]

Doing so may be seen as "trying to hide the past" and may result in delays in your submission being reviewed.

I will be replacing the templates you removed, but also leaving the new template you placed. Your submission is in the queue. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 🎄 03:40, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Yatin Anchan requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. This is why moving pages to the main encyclopedia before they are ready is a bad idea. I looked at the draft and the version that has been nominated for deletion. Neither demonstrate that this topic meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines for inclusion. Like all topics, organizations must have received significant coverage from reliable sources that are independent of the topic being covered. See WP:Notability and WP:NORG for details. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 🎄 16:08, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Draft:Extraterrestrial and Ufo Research Organisation, International, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia.
