Hi! It seems you recently created an unreferenced biography of a living person: Tony Kimbrough. The community has decided that all new biographies of living persons must contain a reliable source that supports at least one statement made about the person in the article as per our verifiability policy. Please add references as soon as possible. Thanks! --LaraBot (talk) 00:10, 23 February 2012 (UTC)

First day of Spring!

It looks like we need a disambiguation page for this Baltimore Ravens coach:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matt_Weiss_%28American_football%29

There is an obscure reference to an American semi-professional soccer player from the late 70's anytime you search his name:

Wikipedia Stories Project

Hi!

My name is Victor and I'm a storyteller with the Wikimedia Foundation, the non-profit organization that supports Wikipedia. I'm chronicling the inspiring stories of the Wikipedia community around the world, including those from readers, editors, and donors. Stories are absolutely essential for any non-profit to persuade people to support the cause, and we know the vast network of people who make and use Wikipedia have so much to share.

I'd like to talk with you about football.

I'd very much like the opportunity to interview you to tell your story, with the possibility of using it in our materials, on our community websites, or as part of this year’s fundraiser to encourage others to support Wikipedia. Please let me know if you're inclined to take part in the Wikipedia Stories Project.

Thank you for your time,

Victor Grigas

A tag has been placed on Template:Atlanta Falcons 1972 draft navbox requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it must be substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{substituted}}</noinclude>).

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by visiting the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 17:48, 6 November 2012 (UTC)

Nicholls State head coaches navbox

Thank you for addressing this issue and helping to repair the navbox. There seems to be a problem with the Nicholls State navboxs. If you go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:NCAA_Division_I_FCS_coach_navigational_boxes, it lists both a Navbox for

Template:Nicholls State Colonels coach navbox and Template:Nicholls State Colonels football coach navbox

It is the only school on the page like this. I tried to delete the duplicate Template:Nicholls State Colonels coach navbox but when I did the Template:Nicholls State Colonels football coach navbox information would disappear. The reason I made so many changes is b/c I was trying to fix this issue, but I finally gave up. Do you know why this is occuring or how it can be fixed? Thanks again. Better source request for some of your uploads

Thanks for your uploads to Wikipedia. There is an issue with some of them, specifically:

You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the images because the source is incomplete. Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact Web page where you found the images, rather than only giving the source domain or the URL of the image files themselves. Please update the image descriptions with URLs that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source in a complete manner. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page or me at my talk page. Thank you. Message delivered by Theo's Little Bot (opt-out) 21:15, 21 April 2013 (UTC)
