AE
Asad, when you made this edit on the Golan article, it took you more than two days to make a corresponding edit to the discussion page. You and I both know that the Golan article space is the subject of a unique restriction that requires a contemporaneous corresponding explanation on the discussion page. During that period I was considering bringing an AE against you but decided against the idea because 1)I wanted to focus on adding article content and more importantly 2)AE had seen too much bickering and aside from the fact that we have polar opposite POVs, I never had anything personal against you. I don’t even think we’ve ever reverted each other. In any event, thanks for returning the favor. Much appreciated.--Jiujitsuguy (talk) 07:48, 15 January 2012 (UTC)
- When I made the edit to the Golan article, I had overlooked the warning. I was informed by someone else that I had to open a talk page discussion. If you were really trying to do me a "favor", you would have come to this talk page and told me politely that the article is under such restriction. But, I do find it amusing how you are trying compare my revert of a probable sock back to factual material to your constant tinkering with sources to push your POV. Rachel's Tomb
Regarding the Rachel's tomb entry - I made two minor amendments, and you reversed them citing an unspecified source issue. I put them back in, asked you to see the discussion, wrote at length what the changes were, and asked what the claimed objection was. Now without looking at the discussion section you've removed them AGAIN, only this time suggesting I look at the discussion section! If you have an issue, please can you go to the discussion page and actually say what it is, as I've explained the two minor, and apparently uncontentious changes in detail. - Many apologies! Reading back I disagreed with the revert on Nov 3rd and replied via the discussion, but misread the revert on Nov 6th as being 'Undid revision by marty', rather than 'Reverted to revision by marty', so I thought you'd removed the changes. Again - sorry about that, I can't have been paying full attention. Incidentally, I'm not 109.65.71.41, and agree that his/her updates are clearly unacceptable.
