Help me![edit]

Would someone be able to give advice on if its possible to add an article about a business if you work for the company? I have put it here, would this be the best way to suggest the business for others views on its notability and to avoid conflict/bias by writing myself? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Requested_articles/Business_and_economics/Companies/F-L I wasnt sure where to disclose conflict of interest for Icon Group. (edit conflict) It's possible if your company is notable by Wikipedia's standards as outlined at WP:NCORP. Requesting an article in the way you did is fine; you could also start a draft using our WP:Article Wizard and then submit it for review once it's finished. As for disclosing your conflict of interest, see Wikipedia:Paid-contribution_disclosure#How_to_disclose. 78.28.45.127 (talk) 08:04, 16 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Yes it is! Many thanks. I am sure that someone will be reviewing them, and please don't sign at the edit summary - it doesn't work Orz...--1233Talk 08:00, 16 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Source code to disclose connection not displaying correctly[edit]

Please help me with...

Hi! I have tried to disclose my connection to the Icon Group draft https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Icon_Group as suggested article for creation but can't get the source code correct to display properly on the talk page. I work for Icon but will not be paid to edit this article, just starting my editing with a topic I know. I don't want editors to think I am hiding this. Could someone show me the correct source code to use, or point out the error I have made that is making it not display correctly? Have I used the right connection disclosure? Thank you in advance.

I've fixed the syntax; if you aren't being paid to write the article, you might want to use {{Connected contributor}} (though I'll leave that to you), probably with the following syntax:
{{Connected contributor| User1 = AshleyN1991 | U1-EH = yes | U1-declared = yes}}
Feel free to let me know ({{Ping|LittlePuppers}}) works best, though I'll watch this page) if you have any other questions. Happy editing! LittlePuppers (talk) 02:52, 17 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
