I can see no effort made to add sources after Praxidicae's last decline on that basis. I'd also suggest deleting the "ThamesInfotech" section, since that is unambiguous promotion. You're lucky that this wasn't tagged for another G11, since I can see that the first revision was copied from the first now deleted draft complete with the CSD tag.
