Westminster Quarters

[edit]

Hello, Atomic Bird. I ran across your images giving the Westminster Quarters (Image:Westminster Quarters Q1.png, Image:Westminster Quarters Q2.png, Image:Westminster Quarters Q3.png, and Image:Westminster Quarters Q4.png), and I was wondering why they are written in 4/4. The tune has always sounded like 3/4 to me. —Bkell (talk) 07:14, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Vps/VM sign on screen

[edit]

Thanks for putting up the VPS/VM signon screen. It really takes me back to the old days to see it again. I worked on the system as an operator or programmer for 4 years. Where did you get it?

Thanks for your comment on the sign on screen. I saved an ASCII version of that in 1989. I worked at the help desk in the basement with the old 3278 terminals for a couple of years and I felt like the sign-on screen was a part of my BU experience. Recently I found it while cleaning out an old hard drive for recycling, so I set the colors to match the original and saved it as a PNG.
