Hi there! I have accepted your article, but I'd ask you to try to make it a little bit more neutral and encyclopaedic in tone. For instance, this section

"When Nogueira came to Washington DC, in 2007, the BRICS group (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) did not exist as a political reality. BRICS cooperation only began in 2008, at the initiative of Russia. Seven years later, the scenario was quite different."

would probably read better if it was something like

"Nogueira joined the IMF in Washington, DC, in 2007. A year later, in 2008, the BRICS cooperation began through an initiative by Russia. Over the course of a few years, the group gained enough strength that, in 2014, Nogueira proposed the creation of a bank..."
