File copyright problem with File:Eclipseposter.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Eclipseposter.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. ww2censor (talk) 05:33, 23 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

November 2011[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to Source Codeโ€Ž. Doing so helps everyone understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. Elizium23 (talk) 22:54, 15 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for April 7[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited Scream 4, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ghostface (check to confirmย |ย fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQย โ€ข Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

May 2012[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is invited to contribute, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to List of Scream characters, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Information icon Hello, I'm SummerPhD. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Movie 43, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. SummerPhD (talk) 18:19, 5 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to The Bling Ring may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

Opting in to VisualEditor[edit]

As you may know, VisualEditor ("Edit beta") is currently available on the English Wikipedia only for registered editors who choose to enable it. Since you have made 100 or more edits with VisualEditor this year, I want to make sure that you know that you can enable VisualEditor (if you haven't already done so) by going to your preferences and choosing the item, "MediaWiki:Visualeditor-preference-enable". This will give you the option of using VisualEditor on articles and userpages when you want to, and give you the opportunity to spot changes in the interface and suggest improvements. We value your feedback, whether positive or negative, about using VisualEditor, at Wikipedia:VisualEditor/Feedback. Thank you, Whatamidoing (WMF) (talk) 18:28, 11 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for March 16[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Under the Skin (2013 film), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Time Out (check to confirmย |ย fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQย โ€ข Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Under the skin[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Under the Skin (2013 film) poster.jpg. However, it may be deleted (without notice) because it is being used in violation of WP:FUP. As stated in the license you added to the file, it may be used "to provide critical commentary on the film, event, etc. in question or of the poster itself, not solely for illustration" (emphasis mine), but you specifically state that it is being used only for visual identification, i.e. solely for illustration. That makes its use a violation of copyright. --Yamla (talk) 00:22, 24 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Under the Skin - is she an alien?[edit]

I see you reverted the thing about her being an alien on the Under the Skin page. Fine by me - I never thought that change was necessary. But I'd appreciate it if you contributed to the debate about it on that article's talk page. Thanks! Popcornduff (talk) 20:31, 21 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Tusk edit[edit]

Thanks for changing that guys review. I edited it at 2am and was dead tired so I must have misread/misinterpreted what was there. Thanks again.

Gross in infobox film[edit]

Hi there. I saw you recently replaced box office gross numbers in a few articles. Per {{infobox film}} and MOS:LARGENUM, we use "$5.7 million" instead of "$5,735,963" when describing a film's gross in the infobox. If you disagree, you could try taking the issue to WT:FILM. Spoilers[edit]

We don't remove spoilers for readers' benefit. A lead is supposed to give an overview of the article, and in films, that generally includes an overview of the plot (something more than "[x] is a film about a man who has weird experiences"). โ€•Justin (koavf)โคTโ˜ฎCโ˜บMโ˜ฏ 06:16, 7 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
